Using HeyCaptions
You may use HeyCaptions for personal and commercial projects free of charge. Captions, transcripts and videos you create belong to you.
Only upload content that you own or are allowed to use. Don’t upload illegal content, and don’t try to overload, scrape or abuse the service. We may limit or block usage that harms the service for others.
No warranty
We work hard to make HeyCaptions accurate and reliable, but automatic transcription can contain mistakes and the service may sometimes be unavailable. HeyCaptions is provided “as is” without warranties, and we are not liable for damages resulting from its use, as far as the law allows. Always check captions before publishing.
Changes
We may update these terms when the service changes. The current version is always available on this page.
